Happy CNY 2010

......and farewell to my blog reader

My blog started somewhere back in 2006 with photography in mind and of coz for my casual rumbling. Besides, it's a good way to keep track how well i'm doing from trying out new toys, to even new photography techniques. Even myself could clearly seen that i've improve so much over the years. And after 3 years down the road, I guess it's a long time that i finally decided
photography is really part of my life...... good and bad memories....

Lot's of things changes over the years where i decided what i wanna do (especially my career which is unfortunately not photography...), to realign my goals and channel my energy and time towards it.

I also decided not to update this blog and move on to another platform (facebook), for easier communication between the ppl closer to me.

So,
Happy Chinese New Year 2010 everyone...as a mark of a new beginning. And Happy Valentine's Day too!!...... May it shower u with blessing and love.

This year, Christmas came and went off without waiting for me.... it's 2010 again. New year countdown is next week. Somehow, anticipation is something that i've forgetton for a while. Well, guess working at office on New Year is gonna be damn 'fun'. Some of casual walk around Orchard......

Birthday 2009

First of all, i must thank you all for the well-wishes and the 'i still remember u, and u getting older' sms-es :P And of coz, for those who forget i guess u were just too busy, ain't u, so let's be forgiving too ..... it's the Christmas spirit after all.

A recollection of the year long event, i definitely have been shooting photos much much lesser for this year. The start of the year was a blast.... photos taking was still going strong, work was getting heavier but colleagues are fun. Things started to turn for ups and down since March when i started to plan for the next career move which ended up in two splits. Yet, the most memorable part would be the trips to Cameron Highlands which basically sum up the mood for the first part of the year.

The second half can only be described as disaster. The first 3 months was a dry-spell for my camera which turn dusty. Next was the lens selling and equipment selling..... Next was for my circle of frens. Two best words to descibe is 'busy' and 'anti-social'. My weekends are just filled to the brim (or thrash?). The last straw came in when i couldn't even take the word 'trust' (can't describe too much here, as it's a public thread with lot's of counts). Life lessons learnt the hard way... Countless thoughts pondering over the last two months. Something strange happen, as stress became unbearable. I always dreamt of my secondary school time, where i woke up with feeling of regrets, and wishing i could done have something more. On the other hand, those were the few years cointaining the best memories of my life (they do say subconscious say a lot more truth). Maybe, i do feel regret for not having enuf fun back then ;P

Looking forward, this year was more of a cooldown, rather than a showdown. Spending alone on this day is something that i dun really forward to and this worsen by the fact that i need to go back to work. I can't actually remember a year where i wouldn't have taken leave, or somehow skip to make sure i got a nice day :P (evil as it may seem). Somehow i'm grateful that my family is around me (even if they not too keen in celebration). And of coz for frens who remember is something that i cherish, especially on this period of 'not so good' time.

Looking forward, Christmas gathering, upcoming buffet and feast was the usual. Logcakes, human traffic and the jammed at city area ...is something else. I do hope things will turn a bit better. The Myanmar trip seems to cheer me up for a while, and bringing me a few points. Well, of cox this also implies certain changes i would make in the near future (rather than those pointless new year wishes). As follows,

1) Sad but true, there's seems to be negligence in me in time planning for social, fren, important ppl. Managing was something that i fare worst....
2) There so many things pending on my to-do list (it's time to sort it out)
3) Certain things are better keep, than say.
4) If there's things that ought to be risk, take a calculative one.
5) When things are too uncertain, it's best to take a break.

and it's time to take a good sleep..........

Myanmar 2009

This is probably one of the trip that i enjoyed the most, minus the hot weather and the sudden cold. Anyway, it's such a good experience that i probably may go there again. So let's start with some of the place that i went there....

Day 1

Most of the these stupa are gold plated and it's just shine damn brightly in the morning. Well visited so many temples, monastery that we nearly lost count. But it's sure a lot of stupa throughout the country. Other than the stupa, the streets were pretty old and due to lack of electricity, the nights are fill with noise of generators. The food was nice overall ;) (mostly sweet, sour, spicy)

Day 2

We wake up like 6am in the morning rushing for our flight from Yangon-Bagan with a stopver at mandalay (not a direct flight). There's just so much rumours over the safety of domestic flight i was wondering if it gonna..... well, i'm still alive ;) hahaah.... and u hearing me rumbling.

The markets were filled with ppl trying to sell u stuff at high price considering u the tourist. If u like something bargain for it. And have small change ready cox they may not have enuf change. Best part ? They went off looking for change for u ....and they lost their way never to come back ...so a piece of woodware for US50 ? ... haha.. (not everyone does that, but just in case)

Bagan is famous for it's stupa...and u see tons of it, gold-coated or ancient. :)

Day 3

Walking early morning around 6am again ...yawnz..to catch the sunrise. Not disappointing at all :)

Hot air ballon for roughly US250 per pax, pretty expensive.

And off we fly to Mandalay.....

2 reasons - i was keep pestering for donation and they charge hefty price of US2 for camera fees.. (best part- they keep fuzzing over us not paying the fees)

Took a boat trip (1 hour) to Mingun for a short walk. The first visit was to a ruin site due to earthquake. It's suppose to be a very huge temple but the construction was stopped after the earthquake.

Flying off from Mandalay to Heho. We were looking forward to Inle lake, a cool lake with good view. Just the coolness is off expectation. It can get pretty chilly in the morning.

Most of the time was spending for transportation. We spend an hour getting back to our resort after visiting the market, then went over for lunch and another hour ride back to the port. After that, time were spent some time for transfer to airport and then flying back to Yangon. By the time we reach Yangon it's already night time.

Day 8
After 7 days of rushing, it's mostly R and R on the last day. A short walk around the Scott market at Yangon, a gemstore, around the downtown area, grab out lunch and heaving back home :P Flying back....was definitely a heavy feeling....

Gift from India

Something intriguing. So, what can u buy after a India trip ? Muruku (it's a kind of indian snacks)? Curry spices? or even leaves? Fret not ...the coca-cola revolution was just the start....

(it tasted slightly more spicy compare to the normal one....more onions perhaps)....

And now they even make Chinese snacks.... (it written Made in India...correct me if i'm wrong).
Maybe it's gonna be some 'bakkua revolution' soon ?

Cameron Higlands 3D2N

This is probably the best trip i ever heard, due to good weather, cool climate and of coz good company. It's a very small down dividing into Trinkap, Brinchang (the peak) and Tanah Rata. Each are very small down by itself, slow-paced ...which is kind of the usual town u gonna found in Malaysia.

20 Jul ....
First thing first, we arrived roughly around 7am in the morning, taking our breakfast in Brinchang town. Must try is prawn noodle ;) After that, sign up for some local tours, arrive at Equatorial Hotel and able to early check in at 9.30am. Equatorial is probably at the peak of Cameron which offers good view. Although my room is facing east, i couldn't see any sunrise for the next two consecutive days. Yet, the it's still scenic enuf for me, to miss this place. :)

A short good sleep, off we go to find lunch. Looking at the expensive hotel menu (roughly around RM 20-30), we decided to walk to Kea farm to have a fairly priced meal. Managed to find a small restaurant called Strawberry View (around RM5-6) for stuff like hor fun, hokkien mee and fried rice. The usual fare, but definitely taste way better the usual SG food.... uhh..... The place offer a scenic view, so sit outside to enjoy the cool breeze too. Yet, i think the place started to be polluted by farms and more building of resorts.

Our tour started at 3pm. First we visited the crysanthemum farm where it's a nice place to shoot macro. Next, we were drive up to a hillside to look at watercrest, a farming method. Next, was a vegetable farm where we saw fresh vegatable sold a cheap price and the corn is very sweet :P

Next destination is strawberry farm. These strawberry are grown on hydroponic system. Cute strawberry .... serve with sundae ;) And not forgetten the cactus farm, probably nvr see so much type before.

As nitez come, stomach growling, we were treated with vegetable buffet with minimal amount of meat. The vege is fresh, crunchy....since it's just plucked from the next door farm ;P

21 Jul ....
Excited!! wake up at 6.30am to catch the sunrise....okie, waited ..waited...waited...misty..misty ...misty...stomach growling...

Breakfast was delightful. Nasi lemak, sausage, pau, western food ;) and even asam laksa

Next, is the tour again ;) Went to visit the tea plantation. Next is the drive up to Gunung Brinchang. Disaster happen ...my camera crashed to ground. Filter is cracked...but thank goodness...lenses is still working....sweat sweat sweat....

Back to the trip, it's cold up there. And it's high up...leg is shivering ;P

Next we visit the mossy forest. Okie ..nothing much.....

A drive to BOH tea centre, the moment we reach there I can smell the nice fragrant of black tea. yum yum.. There we go see see the factory and buy some tea bags. Apparently the best tea, garden tea is sold out at the moment. What a waste....

Next visit is the aboriginal village. Not much worth mentioning. Eat at Brinchang town ..food is nice ;) Went back to Hotel to have a nice afternoon nap, which apparently drag until nitez. Have dinner and packing up for next day early departure..

Screen protector material for cover finishing???

i)the front panel is stick with thin-piece of plastic with glue?
$120 to replace it under 'comestic reason' and no guarantee that this not gonna happen few months later.

ii)they need to replace the whole front cover, coz they just dun wanna admit they using 'sticker' to cover the whole mess.

Other risks?
1. The SMS is sneaky. They went into ur inbox without telling you.

2. The moment i pick up calls, it drop the line. Are you teasing me?

3. The appearance looks cool, for a a while. Probably they all say, good things dun last long.

4. Auto shut-off, refuse to boot. U name it....oh, even fatal error that usually found on microsoft OS system. Now i got it on a -smart-ss phone. What an upgrade.
* this phone running on SYMBIAN OS, the best mobile platfrom u can get. good compability, no lag. And Sony turn it a piece of crap... -_-"

This will be the last phone i'm gonna get from SE. The build quality is just sux ..

It's saturday again!! It's time to have a walkaround town. Decided to go down Biopolis to take some shots, only ended being chased away by security guards. Sighz....what has becoming of SG buidlings. Highly classified structures? *shake heads*

Only manage to get a few shots, as the weather was not too good either. Decided to went over to National Museum. A quiet place to relax and take a stroll. Decided to add some colour effect to the otherwise dull photos which turn out to be quite nice ;p

Singapore Botanical Garden

One of my fav spot all year round. Now it becoming a hot-spot for macro photography, wedding shots, model shots, children playground, jogging track and not the less, noise making.

New year.....

Welcome to 2009.. A year had just passed by, with the cow welcoming the year. This year, my photography have been on the low-side. Not much interesting to welcome the year, although i would say i exercise more. Time to catch up with my health and stay away from too much comp work.

Well, i suppose to most interesting that happen this month would be my nitez cycling. Somehow, the 78km plus cycling didn't kill me ;P and the rest of the crazy guys/gals that were with me. Basically, it's the whole eastern loop PC and the trip down to Nicoll highway. Kinda of cool, i would say..... especially at nitez.

Hope there will more interesting stuff coming up during the upcoming CNY :) (well, seems like i just write something, just to fill up the space, but since it's new year...well, new post ;P)

Birthday and Christmas Celebration '08

It's the time of the year again :) Birthday was treated with gifts and lot's of food ;) Well, every year, i always greeted with log cakes and lot's of ppl on the streets. It's is always the same, more food more crowds.

This year was slightly different..went over for a nice walk with your truly and treated with some nice food. Nitez was a nice Penang food buffet with collegues. Slower pace but feels nicer.

Starcruise Virgo - Retreat 2008

One of my company retreat, that lasted two days from friday evening to sunday morning..... Rushed into my room to take a shower upon clearing the immigration checkpoint. All my roommates are already heading off for dinner...lolz

Canon Photomarathon 2008

Besides the ugly t-shirt with all the Can-on logo's..... well, the title given was equally abstract. The theme? Change, Dreams and Freedom......whahaaha.....

Overall, it's about having fun more than anything else.... to shoot better, to gain more insight. Photos turnout was definitely disappointing with the time rush, undecisiveness, lack of creative ideas. It's definitely one of those tiring days with a whole day gone to dust. I realize it's so hard to shoot in a consistent manner, when you need to meet the criteria for a topic. There's really so much things out there to try out....

Genting Trip '08

And here I am again at Genting after 3 years. Back then, i just finished my poly and head over for a short trip. This time, although i never did relive whatever i did back then (riding all the roller coaster in a single day....) i manage to try out more milder stuff such as the bumper boat, the ferris wheel and besides that, different frens were around as well as someone important.

The only thing that scare me was the vertical drop. Okie, there's a huge chances (like 99.9%) that i will not try it again.. ;) This year is such an exciting year. Parasailing during Phuket, then there was Bangkok with the fake sharkfin (it made of some pork gelatin...ewww?) and finally thrill ride at Genting. Haha....

Well, it's a fun and short trip. Overall, it's just a great way to forget about work and have a relaxing time. No stress, no overdue work, no one to rush you.

Pulau Semakau - Southern Island

Went for a nice educational tour yesterday, and when was my last tour? Secondary school perhaps...which make me feel like an uncle.....oh well ...

To start off, ever wondered where does all our incinerated rubbish go? There's 4 major incinerators in Singapore and they all produces tonnes of ashes each day due to our wastage. These ashes is then shipped over to a man-made island, the so called Pulau Semakau. Started in 1995, it's now 1/4 fill up, and will be completed out of space by 2045. Wow...so all these ashes is enough to make an island..... *clap clap.

Efforts are make to regenerate the land by laying 20 cm of soil of top of these ashes. Trees and grass grew from these land and i was utterly surprised... so, this is how a garbage can look like?? Photos below :)

Garden Festival 2008.

Southern Ridge and Chinese Garden

Southern Ridge is a new addition to the nature parks of Singapore while revisiting Chinese Garden has always been part of my plan (mainly ruined by the frequent rainy days of SG). Although photos may not be fantastic this time...at least it give me more insight and ideas all around ;)

And it was fun with a few more ppl around, my close fren....and stuf ;P

Cosfest VII

Bangkok, Thailand (5 days, 4 nitez)

Okie, this is my very first time going to Bangkok, Thailand. Surprised, although it's not that far away..it just never occured to me go there. Finally, the day come ( i sleep 3am the last nitez, coz went out with fren for supper) and with a sleep head i went to Terminal 1, Changi Airport. The day didn't start off well with the check in queue counter having technical issues. Waited nearly 1 hour before my turn. Breakfast a gulping one....ughh....

Finally off to the air.......wee...

1st day : 26 Jun (Thu)
Shopping....and shopping from CentralWorld (the largest shopping mall currently, with branded clothes, nice atmosphere and nice price tagged...:P ), Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery, Big C (something like NTUC back here), shops and street stalls.

2nd day : 27 Jun (Fri)
Went to the acclaimed Wat Pho temple (reclining buddha) with was gigantic. Next went to the Discovery Siam Museum which is just next door.

3nd day : 28 Jun (Sat)
Nothing much happening today.....besides walking around for more street shopping area. Today was an eating day..... eating some street food, and the famous MK steamboat.

4th day : 29 Jun (Sun)
Okie.....what's on today? Well, Chatuchak....the Sunday wet market. U basically can find anything imaginable.. t-shirt, decoration stuff, dog t-shirt, 2nd shoes, tidbits, all sorts of funny food and drinks, flowers....argh...the list ? 20,000 stall i think.. go figured....

5th day : 30 Jun (Mon)
Waking up later today....yawn yawn....Haha.... Went to MBK for some food and buying tidbits for all the ppl i know and myself.... Went to airport (walk walk ) and heading back to SG.

Clarke Quay......(Singapore Arts Festival 2008 - Official Opening)

Went with a fren to Clarke Quay yesterday for the Singapore Arts Festival Opening, which was suppose to be exciting.. I was late for 20-30 mins...it's was very crowded i could barely see the river. Well, things we quite boring for the first half, there's suppose to be some sort of magical, mysterious feeling to the opening show.. but i only hear some weird music, some boats rowing around...and...i just dun know what's going on. Oh, there's fireworks in the end ...a short one..quite nice. That's all about it i suppose...

There's some students from NP or something doing a survey... my say? i think this stuff gonna promote much for the arts scene... since the last 2 years...there's been more and more ppl coming out to see this stuff. Or maybe our lacking chances of seeing 'fireworks' ....(with national day or the marina countdown only)...

COuldn't get any good pics to show of the event, simply it's dark, and well...it's just too many heads popping around....

Nitez Cycling - ECP (Eastern Loop -42 km)

Just completed a tiring night cycling with a group of frens.... Covering the distance of 42km from 11pm to around 6am in the morning, we manage to survive cycling from ECP --> Bedok --> Tampines --> Changi --> and back to ECP again. Overall, it's very fun..and nice to meet you guys.

And i suppose, it's time to renew the photos that i took during a nitez cycling with hanyang (at least 3 years) back.... the ECP back then and now...

Some small thoughts.......

Last week has been a very relaxing weeks for me, enjoying my time with nature. Without worries and basically forgets everything else......(well maybe except someone..... :)

This week ? Well... basically rushing through all my assignment. Can barely breath, but that's just life isn't it?

Looking through my photos, it just not the beautiful scenery, the colour or the interesting stuff inside. It still come down to the very precious memories, things that can understandable be important to the very person who took it. The scene behind every shoots, every moments.... And different perspective that runs through it....

And lastly, dunno why i'm grumbling so much today...but i miss so much stuff, so much that sometimes i wonder what i'm thinking.....but well, everyone come to this blurry stage once in a while.

And thanks for the small group of ppl, who's been reading my blogs :) Hope u all like the photos..

Patong Beach, Phuket Trip 3D 2N.....

Just came back from a relaxing trip from Phuket....and as expected of me, photos will be around for u all to envy the trip that i just went through. All the excitement and piggying ;P

Well, well, since i'm in such a good mood, more photos is posted this time. So, u get to see more..and showing how good of me ;) muahaahha......

Let's start off with the take off .....

Nearing to Phuket...about to landing

Basically, it's just 1 and 1/2 hours journey from Singapore, so u just got to rush ur food, and prepared for the landing.

This is the resort (Royal Palm Resortel) that i check in.... this is one of the resort that get hit directly by the tsunami and it's now totally revamped....cool isn't it. Well, the resort is just a road across the beach, so ya... it's very near to the sea ;) Royal Palm Resortel

The hotel lobby...quite small....at least the person greets u warmly everytime u walk in...

The hotel room...not shabby at all for a 3-star hotel, well except for the mess when i wake up in the morning....hohoho...

Outside the window, u can shop all u want... Not exactly exotic, but ur bargaining skills will be useful. Let's not make our life difficult (a t-shirt is around 250-350 baht...sheesh dun tell the seller)...But u may get better price, with ur twisting tongue...

Nonetheless, sunset at the rooftop of the resortel >.<

The next morning, a brisk walk to the rooftop, with this nicely hut for u to sit...

A small kiddy pool, and a 'soaking' pool, at this size it's just impossible to swim....

Swimming? charged down to the Patong beach....woohooo....hot sun greets me that day...

Lot's of seats, and u gotta pay for it....

More beaches.... no bikini to see yet.... Maybe i'm just too early (btw, it's freaking hot at 9am....), i barely can open my eyes..

Take my guts out, tried the para-sailing during sunset...... it is as scary as it seems, just run when u told, and when it times up (that's when ur payment due) u drop into the water...haha...(not scary, right?)

Yeah...i feel like flying....woohooo....... after i came down, i lost my pair of sport shoes that i leave on the beach.... *grumble, big mouth open.....take care of ur stuff k...

The 3rd day...gloomy days greet me...okiez, it's my last day...and u give me this... maybe u just to sad to let me leave.....bye bye beaches,bikini,and ang mor.....

Singapore River and National Museum Singapore

Went for a nice dim sum buffet yesterday and the food is nice ;) In order to weigh off the excess gluttoning, decided to have a impromptu walk along Singapore River.... in the end, i walk up Liang Court to Clarke Quay and even down to National Museum. Wow...what a long walk....(feeling more hungrier in the end.. ;P)

Matsuri Cosplay 2008

Well, shooting ppl was nvr my forte, but i'm trying my best. :P Cosplaying scene is getting more and more attention in SG, with the main polytechnics joining in the show. The major events are getting more differentiated (such as this (with Jrock for Sat, and Cosplay on Sun.... with more and more ppl. I can see the crowds was like...wow?!! (and sometimes familiar faces showing up on unexpected occasion).

The costume are custom-made built over the period of months and getting better and better at times. Without wasting much of ur time (reading my junK), here's a few pics of the event before the heavy downpour comes in... (big *sighz*)

As the time of year 2007 came to end, so much has happened. First of all, I have been to so many photo outings this year, knowing lot's of ppl, good or bad.....

It's just happened that this year had been passing by so fast, i suddenly realized one year has gone by. I managed to went back to familiar places, such as the Terminal 3 (last year was terminal 2), the suntec bookfest (last year was Garden Festival), this year i stay home to celebrate at home (last year i was drenched at Sentosa), plus visiting the lights at Orchard Road (last year didn't go).... plus one more special place this year (around a lake) :)

All this makes me missed all the good moments, memories that captured closely with megapixels. As for the year ahead, hope more good things come to me, as well as for the rest. And to all my good frens, ppl close to me... cheers.

So, things have been quite busy lately...at least for these few days.

Lot's of happenings..the laughter, the tiredness, the happy mood (trigger-happy) fren, the one going to Kota Kinabalu, the one going to Thailand....the taxi-flagging jokes, aaron past jokes..... (nvr mind, taxi flagging jokes will be nominated as the best joke of the year).

the gifts i received, the photo-frame (jigsaw) was priceless, the choir nitez was touching, the nitez at orchard was memorable (reminiscence)....

next was the nitez view (for someone kind enuf to actually absorb the cost), the drink which makes me feel (ahem...), the pic that's so terrific, the monster that get caught...and the funny props.... haha...

Thanks all for making my days. There's just so much to talk about and to remember. Recorded in megapixels (pics)...i hope we all cherishes these very precious days. As for the posting of photos...there's just so much to process and look thru...so, guess patience is needed here ;) ..just like what aaron received (past year photos..opps)

Surprisingly, SG is not a concrete jungle, with disco/pub entertainment only. Gosh....what a relieve....so taada(with drum sound behind)....

This is my first time taking the Singapore River Boat Ride.....a customized ride too (coolz isn't it)....thank you for the organizer for the effort done :) And your nice buffet treat..yum yum (when there's gonna be a next one, oppps).

Another Singapore River is a historical place, the landing site of Stamford Raffles which founded Singapore. All the iron bridges have their unique name and dated. Something that we don't notice everyday.

This has been the weekend where everything started to calm down again. A busy schedule of fun on the week ahead. :) How excited....

Yesterday was a day down in Chinatown. Decided to visit the temple which was quoted in the newspaper during the Vesak Day. Well, was quite impressive with the architecture.

A day at Sentosa...the very first time using the D40x...a bit screwed up..but thanks to my fren HY....everything went smoother. Even suggested me to take sunset photos..which turn out to be great!!

Ya, you must be very jealous now since i finally got my dSLR. It's okie...after u got ur first month pay and treat me to eat, I'm sure u still got enuf cash to keep in ur pocket. I'm not a big-eater :P Small mouth too. Jokes aside, when u 'really' gonna treat me anyway (shamelessly hinting....) :P We know each other so long, that I can blog it out here.

Back to the Sentosa Trip, that was a damn hot day....at Siloso Beach. Sweating non-stop. Btw, hot not in the 'gals in bikini' scene, but the weather these days are just weird. Super-hot in the noon...freezing cold in the evening.In a way, saved up my electric bill, except u dun get the remote. And there's a couple taking wedding photography too ...so ya..nicez.. and sweetz...(I think SBG and Sentosa is a nice place for wedding shoots in SG, until i chance over nicer place). Tagged me..if u ever have any romantic places to share ;P

And no more Auto mode ...until i get the hang on the numerous controls...no more PnS too... yesSS!

Well, it's been two weeks since i last updated my blog. Things haven't been going that smooth lately ...with the sick 'pestering' me..with cough and fever, I finally managed to pull myself over. :P All the ppl I know, plz do take care. I like u all, no matter how 'evil' I am ;P (ahem..coughz)

Well, just got a new toy to play with :P yeS!! After all the hard work and no play, I finally got myself a new cam, a dSLR Nikon D40X. So, another crazy avid fooling around the street doing street/building photography :P

So, here I am, the photos of Chinese Garden taken last week using the cam. Most low light but yet scenic(in my own opinion). :P ANother of my Sweet spot being discovered. Dun let me caught u all there ;P

And thanks to DY who accompanying me that day, and ended the week nicely. And a new fren too. And nice 'bullying' too.. ahemz. And the view + "special" at the top of the pagoda...and the short story that u told me on the way up ;P (shall not disclose here)

i've been tagged...and i need to write 6 'weird things' about myself. mY frens out there will definitely be more than glad to point it out for me..sheesh..thx pals..i rather do the slaughtering myself ;P

1. I like to 'spin' my pens while studying..spoiling lot's of my pens. Ppl dun usually lend pens to me..sob sob (i like to spoilt other ppl pens too :)

2. I prefer sleep and sleep ..over tv and talk and many other things.... opps...

3. I like sweet stuff...very very like..from chocolate to ice-cream and there's hardly any days that goes without sweeet...(diabetes warning !!)

4. I have a large collection of MP3s and animes....ahem..probably more than u ever thought :P Should disclose too mucch ...ahem (dun want someone knocking on my door in the middle of night)

5. I hate smoking/gambling/drinking.... though i act cool ..that i dun mind smoke/drink. Big surprises ya...or i'm weird ;P

6. The last of all...i like to 'click 'click'....the annoying habit of snapping candid shots. Okiez guys/gals..no offence. Just a joy/funz :P (a promise of not posting online or whatsoever, except emailing to the 'victims' of his funny act' ")

Last week has just passed by, and passed by terribly too....

Shivering in cold, hidden behind the blanket, fluctuating temperature...
I just sick for one whole week.... and work is on the pile....

The nostalgic feeling of the sun shining warmly on me making wanted to go out.Rainy days with lighting /storm has make me forget how warm is it....

Well, I shall make the coming days more meaningful, taking good care of myself :P The numerous promises that i make to myself to stay healthy, to fulfill it for good.

Past two days had been emotionally driven...partly due to myself and someone. What's the future? I have ask this very question 4 years ago... Where am I today? I dun know...

There's ppl deciding on her upcoming career path, there are ppl deciding on his upcoming job path, there are ppl on the track but ended with a dead end...Not knowingly where should this lead to....

There's encouragement, laughter...upz and downz of life. There's decision where great determination comes in ...and comes with a stake ..ur future, the outcome.

And I realize I'm sad, whenever someone is sad too. No matter how hard i/u put it up, there's always someone who will look through...giving encouragement and hope.

CNY have been a hectic day for me...with me rushing back to meet all my frens. This year was the best gathering i have, in such a long time. Mainly, bcoz everyone was back...all my childhood frens + eat + drink + photo taking + playing cards.... I even managed to go Genting Highlands in these short few days....

Valentine days had passed few days ago...with things going smooth + few surprises along the way. Was a memorable day I shall remember :P The setting, the conversations, the impulses ....

And miss the first fireworks session for this chinese new year....though as fireworks fanatic this is quite unforgivable. And I could say, certain things are just more important and on my priority. plus someone is a bit sick....(get well soon ...lot's of food coming up :P)

CNY eve was for the first time, less cleaning(so glad) though a bit quiet. Somehow, the atmosphere is a bit low this year...Where all the fire crackers ??(miss it a lot).

and Happy Chinese New Year to everyone....though today posting is not as lively, as it supposed... I'm sure things will liven up...with lot's of plan (in mind) starting next week.

Was at Orchard, and it's raining. Well, glad someone brought along an umbrella to shelter me. ;P nice...and not to mention some stranger 'kick over' a roadside signboard and the person tending the board was like giving an expression of .."great, for giving me more work..." funny...

Anyway, yesterday was a regular KTV with my usual 'Kaki'...but wif the difference that DY tag along for the first time. Can feel that she's a bit shock with the 4 hours session, and i barely left wif much voice after that. ;P

And for the first time i saw DY frens, one at MRT station and the other one at free market near Cineleisure. Okie, impression wise? hmmm... quite good. Looks friendly..

OH....dinner time..I spill a bottle of 'sauce' on the floor...eh...that's bad.. Well, i shall not mention i did that in which restaurant :P

Oh, not to mention i try something new...some nice colour t-shirts..(red/brown)though it's a bit disappointment after I realize it's not a discountable items during payment. Anyway... trying something different after some persuasion is a good experience ;P
